What We Seldom Get To Hear About

Ukraine is able to neutralise many of the drones and missiles launched at cities and civilians as part of Russia’s terror campaign – but even when a missile or drone is shot down, terrible things still happen. One of my friends wrote to me today and described what happened on 17 June in places other than the residential building where 17 people were killed.

“…there are many damaged locations, their photos are not shared – that would be used for calibration of the next attack. There were two missiles that attacked not far from me. One was shot down right above me, the tails of the missile damaged three shops around it, a square with trees that were 50 years old was completely burned down. All the asphalt and grass around was littered with broken glass that fell from the windows from the shock wave. The school where my youngest daughter studies lost 50% of its the windows. Our location has been closed off by the police for the second day. Ambulance doctors are still working. I try to envision that they will rebuild everything and it will be better than it was. The only thing is that you cannot bring back the life of those who were killed.”

Keep sharing my music and keep the fundraiser alive and we’ll have a second ambulance soon.
